Lockdown lifted after 4th bomb threat at Hernando County school

The sheriff's office is now conducting a sweep of the school and said it could take hours.

Law enforcement has cleared the scene, Home Depot has reopened and the employees are back at work.

Police and fire officials also worked closely with the Board of Education and school security personnel to ensure that the safety and security of Trumbull High School had not been breached during this incident.

Security camera footage helped police in the investigation, Lewis said, and the boy later admitted writing the threat.
