Sunshine is the latest media figure added to the Trumpian fold.

She lived Orange County, California, before joining the White House as in intern. The nature of the review was not immediately clear.

Fellow television star Omarosa Manigault Newman, noted for her stint on The Apprentice alongside Trump, stepped down from her White House role as director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison at the end of past year.

Sunshine reportedly applied for her internship through the official White House website.

The New York Times reported last month that Kushner's family real estate firm, Kushner Companies, accepted $184m (£130m) from Apollo Global Management and $325m (£230m) from Citigroup previous year, after Kushner met officials from the two firms.
