The Avengers: Infinity War/ Fortnite Limited Time mode crossover kicked off earlier this week, and a day later Thanos was nerfed. It seems as though Epic have simply decided that Thanos was a bit too powerful and gave too much of an advantage to the player who found the Infinity Gauntlet. The tweaks to Thanos will also allow other players to get their chance to try and wipe out the competition with the snap of their fingers.

In the days since the Mad Titan became a playable character in Fortnite: Battle Royale, fans have taken pleasure in their ability to control the monstrous villain of Avengers: Infinity War. By this January, Fortnite had taken in a substantial fraction of PUBGs concurrent players and by February overtook them by a good margin.
We're glad they did though, the cross-over is a super fun addition to the game. It's a mode that will enable players to scavenge the map for an Infinity Gauntlet with all six Infinity Stones.More news: Facebook Establishes Dedicated Blockchain Technology Team

Epic Games, the developer of Fortnite, continue to keep the game fresh by implementing constant updates and patches to bring new content to the title, such as outfits, emotes, and other cosmetic items.
Thanos corrects the Asgardian that he should have aimed for the head and you see the instant regret on Thor's face. Even if I did, I doubt that I'd still be able to win a game of Fortnite, because even the Infinity Gauntlet can't work miracles.
We bet until today you thought Avengers: Infinity War was the most ambitious crossover in history.
Just ignore that Thanos already exists in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by way of Josh Brolin and enjoy the spectacle. Among the changes made to Thanos are increased beam from 12 to 20 damages on players, increased punch damage from 80 to 100, decreased health from 800 to 500. Let us know in the comments below!
