Since Jennifer Lawrence's list of exes reads like a Wikipedia entry of eligible famous white guys (except you, John Mayer) consider us surprised that she's reportedly dating someone we've never heard of.

Although the twosome have yet to confirm their romance, Page Six TV reports that they have been seeing each other for "a few weeks".

Maroney, 33, works as a director at New York's venerable Gladstone Gallery, which reps numerous artists - including Lena Dunham's dad, Carroll Dunham, as well as Richard Prince, Anish Kapoor, Ugo Rondinone and Bjork's ex, Matthew Barney. "[Jennifer and Cooke] have been very private and careful not to be sean together", an insider told the news site.

Sources told Page Six that Maroney is known to frequent high-end art openings around the city. In a February 2015 interview with Artsy, Maroney expressed his enthusiasm for his profession. Lawrence's best friend Laura Simpson allegedly introduced the actress to Maroney. And the latest one to join the bandwagon is Jennifer Lawrence.

At the 2018 BAM Gala earlier this month, the Red Sparrow star presented Aronofsky with an award for his contribution to the arts, noting he was still a close friend of hers.

Lawrence also looked like she wasn't wearing any makeup.

"I still love him very much", she added.

"Every time I go through a breakup, it's not like my heart isn't broken". They broke up just as the promo tour for mother! began. "I'm attracted to good people".

Lawrence, 27, and her new beau reportedly met through a mutual friend.
