Barr then added she was pretty unhappy with how the writers seemingly made a decision to take her out of the show. Now, in an interview with Brandon Straka's YouTube show Walk Away, Barr revealed exactly how her character will get the axe.

During the episode, Roseanne says she's taking the medications for pain but begins getting the drugs from friends when her prescription runs out.

Barr recently claimed she quit the TV comedy, so her cast and crew could continue with The Conners.

The spinoff follows after Barr was booted by ABC when she directed racially targeted tweets toward the former adviser to former President Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett.

"Well, I've done some weird things on Ambien", Barr said. Although the network has not confirmed anything, John Goodman, who played Roseanne's husband Dan, said in late August her character was going to be killed off.

"They had her die of an opium-or a opioid overdose".

"I wanted to show that in the show", said Barr. "I did what I had to do to save my own life".

ABC had no comment on Barr's revelations when reached by TVLine. I'm anxious about all the people out there who don't have a circle of friends and followers who come right to their defense-the person who's walking down the street minding their own business and they see somebody cling to their purse or walk across the street. During her visit, Barr explained she hopes to learn Hebrew. "And also I have quite a few teachers over the years that live there and, you know, I want to study". "Don't think I don't have spies".

"It wasn't enough to [fire me], they had to so cruelly insult the people who loved that family and that show", Barr said.

The Conners will air on ABC October 16 at 8/7c.
