Mason Crosby, the Green Bay Packers kicker on Sunday, missed five kicks - four field goals and an extra-point attempt - in the team's 31-23 loss to the Lions, inside Detroit's domed Ford Field.

" Davante Adams is working with the rehab group on Thursday, coach Mike McCarthy said".

Adams (28 receptions, 285 yards, three touchdowns), Allison (19 catches, 289 yards, two touchdowns) and Cobb (17 catches, 194 yards, one touchdown) represent 62.1 per cent of the completions, 64.8 per cent of the receiving yards and 85.7 per cent of the passing touchdowns for Green Bay through the first four games. The No. 1 receiver left Wednesday's practice with a calf injury.

McCarthy also said "there's hope" that Geronimo Allison would be available Sunday, even though he remains in the National Football League concussion protocol.

"You have to be what you practice", McCarthy said. He did not participate in practice on either Wednesday or Thursday as the Packers prepared for their game against the Lions.

Aaron Rodgers was removed from the injury report. The game will be the first he has missed since 2016.

Valdes-Scantling showcased his big-play ability in college, and over his final two seasons averaged 18.9 and 16.6 yards per reception while scoring 11 touchdowns.

DAVIE, Fla. - Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake has been ruled out of today's game at Cincinnati because a knee injury. "Even if there [are] things that we need to talk about that are tough subjects, we've never had a problem finding time and talking", Rodgers said. "I think we've grown a lot", Valdes-Scantling said.

Cobb acknowledged the progress the trio has made but explained that playing in a regular season game is a big jump from practice. I think they're progressing, but it's easy to say that in practice.

"They're getting better", Rodgers said.

The Pioneer Press reported that the Vikings will make a game-day decision on whether Cook will play in Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. But at some point, this pattern of struggling and bouncing back is going to get broken. "Those opportunities are going to come and it's all about just them being ready for them". Instead, they turned to Valdes-Scantling and Equanimeous St.

The Packers have now lost three in a row to the Lions.
