According to officials from the commission, a notice has also been shot to the Cine and TV Artists Association (CINTAA) to explain the procedure to redress sexual harassment complaints. They have been asked to submit their replies within 10 days.
"The narrative of the video was edited in a way that it looks like Kumar is expressing his views on the Dutta-Patekar controversy, which he never did", said an officer to HT.
Nana had dismissed the allegations while a journalist and an assistant director on the film corroborated Tanushree's account.
She said Ms Dutta too has been asked to appear before the commission to provide it more information on her complaint.More news: Cuomo: Limo in crash that killed 20 failed inspection last month

The media was informed about the cancellation by Nana's son Malhar. It read, "Sorry to be messaging at this hour, just wanted to inform that there's no press conference tomorrow, please pass on the message to your colleagues in the media". I'm saying what I said 10 years ago.
His remarks came after Tanushree in an interview in September, in the context of the #MeToo Movement and sexual harassment of women in Bollywood, spoke out of her personal experience at the hands of Nana Patekar on the set of "Horn "OK" Pleassss" in 2008.
But to her surprise, new steps were introduced by Acharya, which were intimate and included Patekar touching her inappropriately, she alleged.
Patekar has denied the allegations and had sent Dutta a legal notice to withdraw the claims and issue an apology.
