Launched earlier on October 30 globally, OnePlus 6T is the first device from the Shenzen-based device manufacturer which comes with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. There aren't too many surprises given what we already know about the device, but it's a beastly smartphone with value pricing, as is usually the case with OnePlus releases. OnePlus took an innovative approach this time by inviting Zack Jerry to the launch event in NY where the device was disassembled before a live audience.
Another new feature that OnePlus has introduced in OnePlus 6T is studio light in the portrait mode.
While it is debatable how OnePlus 6T received a higher score than OnePlus 6 given that both sport the same OS versions, processors and RAM capacities, it sure will come as a good news for OnePlus fans. With up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, the 6T is up there with the big boys, and dual cameras offering 16 and 20MP will keep photographers happy.
OnePlus, one of the fastest growing premium smartphone brands across the world, has today unveiled the OnePlus 6T smartphone. We saw that you can take great low light pictures with the OnePlus 6 but the pros were tweaking with the settings. The screen of the OnePlus 6T is protected by the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 6.More news: Retired veteran claims $1 million Powerball ticket in Madison

The smartphone will come with a bigger 6.41-inch Full HD+ Optic AMOLED display on top in an 19.5:9 screen aspect ratio.
However, a USB Type-C version of OnePlus's bullet headphones is included in the box. OnePlus claims to have developed the algorithms behind this new feature. The feature will also be brought to the OnePlus 6 as well via a software upgrade.
After the successful launch of OnePlus 6, the 6T has been launched with some significant design changes. However, considering that the phone sports a almost edge-to-edge screen, the sensor is now under the phone's display and works by the user placing their finger on the screen to unlock the phone. The front lens is 16MP and that comes with an aperture of f2.0.
The OnePlus 6T is powered by a 3,700 mAh battery, which provides a 20% increase in battery life compared to OnePlus 6, for a full day of power in half an hour. Low-light performance has also been improved.
One side effect of the new sensor is the removal of a conventional 3.5mm port for headphones.
