Kim Kardashian West shared an Instagram story in which she showed flames burning on a hillside near the house she shares with husband, Kanye West, and their children.

Aside from Calabasas, the Woolsey fire has forced many residents from Westlake Village, Malibu, Thousand Oaks, and Ventura to evacuate. "Just landed back home and had one hour to pack up and evacuated out home".

Earlier while making her way back from Northern California Kim posted Instagram video to share aerial photos of the Woosley fire and to praise the efforts of firefighters.

The 2000-acre Woolsey Fire is now burning in Ventura County with officials reporting zero containment, per the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

Dubbed the "Hill Fire" the blaze quickly spread to cover between 8,000 and 10,000 acres on this morning, according to Ventura County Fire Department officials.

"Thank you to all the courageous firemen fighting this fire back home".

Kourtney, the eldest sister, shared a snap of a fully packed vehicle trunk of belongings, writing, "I pray that everyone is kept safe and protected from these fires".

Kardashian is not the only member of her family to be displaced by the fires, as her sister Khloe and Kourtney were also forced to flee their homes as well, with Khloe revealing that she had gone to stay with their brother Rob. It doesn't seems like it is getting worse right now, I just pray the winds are in our favor.

Taking to Twitter, Khloe wrote: "I cannot sleep!" May God bless us all!

Their sister Khloe Kardashian also commented on the events, sharing, "I cannot sleep!" Thank you to EVERYONE who has a hand in helping.

Cher, who said she had lived in Malibu since 1972, tweeted that the wildfire was coming close to her home, although she said she was not on the property.
