Just hours after winning her first ever Grammy Award - "Best Rap Album" for her debut record "Invasion Of Privacy" - the rapstress took to Instagram to share the special moment.

Cardi is now the first solo female rapper to win Best Rap Album at the Grammys. Inexplicably, the instrumental gets louder as her screams grow in intensity, all the while the doctors tell her to push harder.

"Oh my goodness", she said, struggling to gather herself.

Later in the show, Offset joined Cardi onstage as she accepted the award for Best Rap Album for her 2018 LP, Invasion of Privacy.

U.S. rapper Cardi B made history at the 61st Grammy Awards and women who paved the way for artists like her have given her props.

"When I found out, my album was not complete ... we have to get this album done so I could shoot these videos while I'm still not showing", she said. "Maybe I need to start smoking weed!" The nerves are so bad!

Packed with behind-the-scenes footage of Offset laying down tracks in the studio, performing on stage for sold-out shows and Facetiming his son, the first half of the teaser gives an intimate look at the rapper's journey to the album.

According to USA Today, Grande apologised when one Twitter user thought she was "shading" Cardi B, but quickly deleted her reply.

But she wastes little time on the tribulations of love: the superstar favors the themes of proud women - and money.

Also, rapper Remy Ma tweeted, "Yes Cardi B congratulation babes". She posted a video on her Instagram where she thanked her fans and her team while turning up with Offset and her sister Hennessy Caroline.
